The subject affected is then operated as a locked in birth attached consciousness with those at the wBCI patching in as a second consciousness to operate then as a robot taking control of natural internal organ function or birth attached override to control for them & ot against their will while referencing memories & live thought, imagination & access to memory taking partial to full control using normal, light detention & detention or execution practices 

Limbs can be numbed & areas of neck up focused on at over 100 & areas neck down focused on at over 1000 all at once simultaneously with voice to skull - ears & voice through mouth 

People involved then use false claims against facts & state they are giving a listen into the heads of with rotational teams & volunteers then guests while connecting with people outside while often negatively affecting their daily professional & private lives then time in public displacing families including childhood - teenage then adult connected families

To claim a mental condition & physical condition if not disability or injury 

Likely just an injury the lab caused

This then is used if anyone asks questions while they state the wBCI's do not exist & the subject wBCI case then must be involved in something & has a cover for something rather than a witness protection like safe cover from valid threats 

People operatong at or with NB-OT Labs like Univision Labs not K.T UN Neuro-Labs of Alpha Health contact people behind subjects they are spying on & often fighting for control of at times at different percentages without informing often providing false information & misrepresentations so those they contact expect that to be true often to sabotage, control & while stalking the subject offline - online with no explanation 24/7 with whoever they bring in & connect with including planted use of other wBCI cases or victims 

With Sydney Nicola Bennett the Lakeview wBCI & prior Koslov - Persinger wBCI investigative research devices went to K.T UN Neuro-Labs of Alpha Health with Dr Mary Koslov connected to then Roger Ouellette involved pre - 1999-2001 with settlement Bennett reinvested $8+ of 11 M from in Canada connecting internationally 

Those responsible in the 2012-2026 attacks are caught with others involved dating back before 1999. Partially exposed between 2016-2026 

Bennett was not negatively affected & or assaulted too badly until after November 2012 yet a few incidents were documented pre - post 1989 & leading up to 1999 then after before 2012 which Bennett reported

Bennett relocated to Alberta in 2012 then travels from after having lived in British Columbia & Quebec before after Ontario. To work, study & live then travel from with adult family connecting back to childhood family then specifics over others 

Intelligence of those involved then they claim others are not smart if questioned, criticized & or ridiculed in doubt of confidence 

Some people involved deliberately or just do not know the difference between a town house, rowhouse, apartment or condo & or a single family suburban house if not house on accerage or ranch 


SOME PEOPLE INVOVLED RESTRICTING RIGHTS 

Efforts to sabotage subjects so they cannot do anything or having anytbing in life isolated partially jealousy motivated as some involved & connected feelings more deserving of what some subjects were doing or intending to do & could do

Use of simple words to provoke & aggravate then to scramble natural mental function in thought & imagination expecting to with connected efforts to dumb down & hold down in simple lives off to the side, docile & out of sight - mind isolated with basic minimums or less homeless or justify above as wireless prisoners abused & used as toys for the labs 

How Jordan R Bennett & Sydney N Bennett "Nic" (City) ended up lured in for spending else & hooked up without having been informed not a secondary to mains device makes nose ense as they loved at their parents Rod & Marie Libel-Savage - Stargrat-Bennett's house at the time as children or teenagers connected to Uncle - Uncle god parents Rose & Roger Savage-Ouellette. They are amongst victims 

NB-OT Labs tried executing the 4 Bennett's between 2012-2026 to cover it up Erasing all signs of their existence & isolating them from people they knew despite Jordan & Nic fighting for control of their brains - bodies to maintain careers & adult lives. The 4 are alive but injured & salvaged a lot against losses & gains separate from

If anyone in the North Bay Police & Ontario Hospital Networks like many others are ready for bankruptcy & life sentences or 10-25+ years for what they did to Jordan & Nic using wBCI's we are waiting. Unfortunately now with brain damage 

Jordan with wife & 3 children. Nic with ex-spouses & 5+ children are very pissed off after the 2012-2026 which were escalated in 2026 with no explanation 

The siblings Jordan & Nic Bennett have no time in their daily professional & private lives for people at a wBCI to rudely interrupt them unless its an appointment with legal & security interests present or between Law-Firms 

"No Jordan & Nic signed up to allow anyone to do that to their own brains or that of exes & current dating partners or spouses. No Jordan & Nic signed up to allow anyone to do that to their parents or others & or their own children"

Repeated assaults non-stop between 2012-2026 after efforts ramping up & backing off leading up to then compounding themed efforts causing brain damage, damage to internal organs & skeleton between attempts to sabotage separate professional & private lices displacing the family of Jordan & Nic connected
