WHAT CAN THESE PEOPLE DO INSTEAD?
Mobile phones + entertainment & an investment portfolios + incomes agaiant 1-2 tier subsidy like Ontario Works - Ontario Disability Support Program
Access to outside activities & low stress social - physical environments without dear based & wBCI Mis-Use or Sonic Melting or fear of a physical attack
TEMPORARY EMERGENCY SHELTER SURE
Bund beds & camp cots + private rooms
Housing is not this. An Emergency processing facility with resources & food - drink then external storage sure
Contracts to kick out to freeze to death
How's about 3 strikes & review then back to sleeping quarters to relax & return after time frame with mobile phone taken away & mirrored effect efforts
