They used the Mental Health Care Act as an excuse to seize 4 mobile phones & a Laptop then Passport & Birth Certificate then charging cables + 2 Acura Keys wasting Bennett's time during an investigation with K.T 5 Eyes & limiting Bennett's financial options while they worked directly with NB-OT Labs Clusters 1 & 2 in the wireless attacks on Bennett which ultimately caused hair loss through themed attacks & screaming into the skull - ears & through the mouth of at different times between 2012-2026 after separate efforts leading up to
